Celebrate Rosh Hashanah with a Prepared Holiday Dinner from Kay’s Corner
Rosh Hashanah is a time to gather around the table, welcome a sweet new year, and share a beautiful meal with the people who matter most.
This year, Kay’s Corner is making the gathering part a little easier.
Our Rosh Hashanah Prepared Holiday Dinner Menu brings together comforting holiday traditions, fresh seasonal ingredients, and the from-scratch cooking you know and love from Kay’s Corner. Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner for two or setting the table for family and friends, you can build a meal that feels special without spending the holiday in the kitchen.
L’Shanah Tovah. Here’s to a sweet, beautiful and delicious New Year.
A Rosh Hashanah Menu Made for Gathering
Our holiday menu is available à la carte, so you can choose exactly what works for your table, or you can make things wonderfully simple with our complete Rosh Hashanah Dinner for Two.
Begin with Something Warm
Start your holiday meal with our Traditional Matzoh Ball Soup, slowly simmered with chicken broth, vegetables, fresh herbs and house-made matzoh balls.
For something fresh and colorful, Kay’s Holiday Greens combine fresh greens, apples, dried cranberries, roasted carrots, pickled red onions and a honey apple vinaigrette.
Or gather around a Mediterranean Mezze Platter filled with house hummus, raw and grilled vegetables, marinated chickpeas, Israeli salad, olives and grilled pita. It’s an easy addition to the table while everyone arrives, visits and settles in for dinner.
The Main Event
For the centerpiece of your Rosh Hashanah table, choose from four prepared entrées:
Slow Braised Holiday Brisket
Caramelized onions, carrots and rich pan jus make this a deeply comforting holiday classic.
Honey Herb Roasted Chicken
Fresh herbs, garlic, citrus and a touch of honey bring a little sweetness to the New Year.
Pomegranate Glazed Salmon
Oven-roasted salmon finished with pomegranate, citrus and fresh herbs for a bright, festive entrée.
Herb Roasted Beef Tenderloin
Garlic and rosemary roasted beef tenderloin served with natural jus for an elevated holiday table.
Don’t Forget the Sides
Because sometimes the sides are secretly everyone’s favorite part.
Round out your Rosh Hashanah dinner with Mediterranean Couscous tossed with fresh herbs, roasted vegetables and lemon; Roasted Root Vegetables with carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes and red onions; or Traditional Tzimmes made with carrots, sweet potatoes, dried fruit, citrus and honey.
We’re also serving golden Potato Latkes with applesauce and our Traditional Noodle Kugel, baked with tender egg noodles in a rich, lightly sweet holiday custard.
Choose a few favorites, put everything on your prettiest serving dishes, and consider the kitchen officially handled.
